Carlos Eagle

Carlos is of Ottawa and Chippewa descent. Unlike many jewelers, he is both a lapidary and a silversmith, and he fabricates all his jewelry by himself. Nothing is manufactured or cast. He is an elder in Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.
